Role Overview
This is a hunter-style outbound sales role focused on identifying and engaging prospective clients who are:
Considering switching MSPs
Concerned about cybersecurity
Interested in leveraging AI and automation to improve operations
Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified appointments for the Sales Team by making outbound cold calls, nurturing leads, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted SME prospects
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns
Stay informed on industry trends, especially in Cybersecurity, AI, and Automation
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, appointments, and conversions

Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in IT or tech services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Understanding MSP services and SME business challenges is a plus
