Job description
The position is suited to someone who has previous work experience in a sales administration and who is looking for a new challenge. We are looking for some who is interested in developing a deep understanding of our processes, can take ownership of the role and can help to improve and develop both the company's supply chain systems and ultimately our standard of customer care. The responsibilities will include the following.
Create and Provide quotes to customers.
Take customer orders as required.
Update customer orders on order management system.
Acknowledge customer orders and provide them with a delivery date.
Organise shipment of products from suppliers.
Have a systematic system for managing timely delivery of orders.
Carefully manage all high priority orders.
Confirm and record receipt of goods.
Keep customers and Operataio’s informed of progress of orders.
Maintain stock control system.
File sales orders.
Attend a weekly review meeting.
Participate in process review meetings.
Review, advise on and implement process improvements.
Assist in the implementation of new systems.

Job requirements
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
• Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
• Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur.
• Understand processes in systems such as PSA, HubSpot and other systems by completing assigned training in the Vendors Universities.
• Enter all work as activities or service tickets into PSA and HubSpot.
Person Specification and Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Self-motivated and self-directed. •Problem Solver, able to come with solutions and not problems.
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and empathy with potential client’s situation.
• Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in either a sales or administrative role.
• A knowledge of current technology in a business environment, including hardware and software specifications
• Able to follow process and not eliminate elements to save time.
• High level of organisational skills. •Physically fit and able to lift items within health and safety guidelines.
• Advanced numeracy skills; the ability to work out percentages and profit margins.
